30 Day Return Policy
No Hassle returns
If you need to return your like-new condition lighting item in its original box that has not been installed, used, or modified, you may return at your expense within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Any additional fees for express shipping, handling charges, minimum order fees or truck freight charges are not refundable. If you placed your order online, or by phone, you are responsible for checking the accuracy of the order within 24 hours.
Non-returnable & Custom made Products
The Light Brothers has product from over 100 different vendors. Custom orders and items from vendors not shown on our web site, and custom designs cannot be cancelled and are not returnable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
A. Any item that has been installed, modified, or wire has been cut.
B. Any item not in its original box with its original packing.
C. Any item that is not in a resalable condition.
D. Special orders, custom finish items, light bulbs.
E. Project quotes, large quantities, and special orders.
F. Expedited shipping charges

Please call 1-888-401-2124 and our staff will email you a returns goods authorization number and shipping label. This authorization is good for 14 days and your credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.
The Light Brothers will only accept returns items in the original box with the original packing, please do not write or mark the box as this may result in a denial of refund. Please ship and insure with a carrier that will provide a tracking number. Please do not ship by the United States Post Office because they will not provide a tracking number. Please ship using the shipping label that we will provide to you.
