Returns Policy
Returns made easy! If the items purchased from The Light Brothers haven’t been used or altered in any way, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. The refund will be in the original method of payment, after inspection of the return to make sure the item(s) has not been used or altered in any way.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Re-stocking fees may apply, depending on the manufacturer.
Items must be returned unaltered, in the original box, with original packing and in like-new condition. Items must not have been installed, used, or modified in any way, including cut wires. Returned items are inspected at our warehouse before refunds are issued; altered items are not eligible for a refund.
Any additional fees for express shipping, handling charges, minimum order fees or truck freight charges are not refundable.
If you placed your order online or by phone, you are responsible for checking the accuracy of the order within 24 hours. You are also responsible for checking the accuracy and condition of your received merchandise, and notifying us of any issues, within 24 hours.

Expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks after mailing your package via a return shipper, less any re-stocking fees. Please keep all tracking information to make sure The Light Brothers receives the returned merchandise. The Light Brothers cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that is lost during transit.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping to The Light Brothers. The Light Brothers will only accept returned items in the original box with the original packaging. Do not write on or mark the box, as this may result in a denial of refund. Ship and insure with a carrier that will provide a tracking number. The Light Brothers recommends you do not ship by the United States Post Office because they typically do not provide a tracking number.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Any item that has been installed, modified, or wires have been cut.
- Any item not in the original box with the original packaging.
- Any item that is not in a resalable condition.
- Project quotes and large quantities.
- Light bulbs.
- Freight and expedited shipping charges.
- Custom orders, custom designs, and items with custom finishes cannot be cancelled and are not returnable.
- Any item not purchased from The Light Brothers, items from vendors not shown on our website or carried in-store are not returnable to The Light Brothers.
